Site Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Site Coordinator opportunity , Mauritius

POSITION INFO:

Our client a contractor/developer in Mauritius require an experienced Site Coordinator to join their team , applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience on luxury residential development projects. The successful applicant will be responsible to assist the Site Manager in the daily operations of the Finishing Department.

• Organize planning for all trades and follow up planning with all Supervisors to ensure completion on target date
• Meeting with all team on a weekly basis
• Meeting with Sub contractor to ensure work on track
• Provide relevant planning information
• Coordinate works with MEP and Grey work Team
• Coordinate with all supervisors for all trade 
• Follow up on with concerned Stakeholders to ensure work in on track and as per planning
• Make sure that all works put on reserved by client after handing over is properly done just after the handing over.
• Deal with Marketing regarding client modifications.
• Coordinate visit with sales Team
• Ensure that work that may affect villa deliveries are completed (Landscaping, external works, infrastructures, MEP works)
• Follow up on Grey work team and MEP team when they are late (Remedial, pieuvres installation, MEP final fix)
• Follow up with consultants to have drawings in time
• Ensure relevant information are obtained with concerned Stakeholders
• Ensure that all reports are sent to concerned Department and Manager as and when required
• Perform any duties as requested
