Site Clerk required for Building site in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Site Clerk required for Building site in Cape Town.

Summary of the role:

This position reports to a Site Agent and a Senior Foreman and is responsible to manage a site Storeman.

Purpose of this position is to Drive all Administration to ensure effective on-site operations and assistance of on-site personnel.

Essential Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of building industry and administration

3 years on-site experience or site administrative experience is essential

Duties:

Administration - Ensure that all paper work is filed and place neatly within site office (this includes filing of DSTI forms and site registers)
Completing security time sheet and labor time sheets
Update Subcontractors attendance Register
Update Subcontractors meeting minutes and circulate to relevant parties
Minute Internal Management Meetings and circulate
Generate Purchase REQ’s and Hire REQ’s
Ensure blank project related documentations are at hand for Site Agent and Foreman as required
