SUMMARY:
Site Based Quantity Surveyor required with 8 to 10 years experience gained with building projects that include residential and commercial building projects

POSITION INFO:

A National Diploma Building Qualification OR B.Tech is preferred

Duties:

Check progress on the job
Progress vs Materials on Site and purchases
Monthly and forth nightly measurements for payments to sub-contractors and processing progress payments
Assist the site manager with orders and keeping track of deliveries
Compiling Monthly cost reports and submitting claims to clients

A minimum of 8 years construction experience with recognised building contractors is essential and preference shall be given to applications who have proven statistics working with high end developers or contactors
