Site Agent/Senior Foreman

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Construction sector requires a Site Agent/Senior Foreman for sites within in the Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
· Overall supervision of construction site to ensure quality standards & time-lines are met.
· Supervision of Foreman on-site to ensure personnel performance standards and discipline are adhered to.
· Corrosion protection methodology application and supervision.
· Application of industrial coatings (perform/oversee)
· Management of project-plant and material on site.
· Problem solving and fault finding.
· Liaison with Client(s) and Suppliers.
· Reporting to Project Manager.

Requirements:
· A post-matric relevant technical qualification, i.e.: red seal artisan, N6 diploma, corrosion qualification, etc.
· Minimum 5(Five) years’ experience as site-foreman. · Minimum 5(Five) years’ experience in application of industrial coatings, preferably in a Water Engineering environment.
· Experience of airless spray equipment and compressors.
· Valid Driving License.
· Willingness to sleep out away from home up to 3 weeks at a time
· NACE 1 or SAPMA or similar qualification or willingness to obtain.
