JOB DESCRIPTION:

Site Agent / Site Manager required to work on a multi level residential building project in Newlands, Cape Town

Essential skills required:

Must be able to work with RFI schedules
We are looking for someone who has full understanding of the clarification of plans, drawings, specifications, and agreements.
This Site Agent / Site Manager position requires firm formal written processing skills via email and you will be reporting to a Contracts Manager also on site and shall be responsible for all sub contractors work.

Experience required:

10 + years experience gained with multi story residential building projects an advantage
8 to 10 years experience either as Site Agent / Site Manager on multi story residential building projects
Proven skills of successfully liaising and maintaining sub contractor relationships

Our Client is an established Building Contractor who are currently working with a well known Developer based in Cape Town currently busy with numerous developments throughout South Africa

Preference shall be given to Cape Town based applications

Interviews shall start in January 2022 with start date being March 2022
