Site Agent / Site Manager required to Build a Warehouse Building in the Brackenfell area of Cape Town

Duties:

• Managing construction teams and sub-contractors
• Interacting with project professional teams 
• Manage information flow
• Establishing method statements and risk assessments for work activities, to ensure a safe working environment
• Look after cost reports
• Handle construction delay claims
• Present client with contractors report
• Attend design meetings
• Set up weekly site meetings with staff and sub-contractors
