POSITION INFO:

Site Agent required for building contractor in Cape Town

You will have a B.Tech or National Higher diploma in Construction Management or equivalent degree or diploma

Warehouse construction project experience an advantage

Our client is busy building a new warehouse in Parrow, Cape Town and require a Site Agent to manage teams of Foreman and sub contractors on site and report to the MD at head office. They are also busy with residential building projects for numerous clients in and around the Cape Peninsula area.

15+ years experience working on commercial, residential and industrial building projects is essential

Our Client is a Principal Contractor in the building industry based in Cape Town. Their primary focus is to produce quality work in a timeous manner.

They strive to complete projects with various budgets and sizes and focus on timeous output of high quality work. Our Client has a senior management team who has collectively over 90 years of experience in Construction.

This opportunity is available from March 2021 and interviews shall be held in the last week of January 2021
