SUMMARY:
Our client, a reputable construction company, is in urgent need of a highly experienced, motivated, and dedicated Pipeline/Reservoir Site Agent to join their team on-site in Northern KZN. The successful candidate will be crucial in overseeing various components of the construction project, reporting directly to senior management/ Contract Manager. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience as a Site Agent in Large Steel Pipeline/ Concrete Reservoir. This role involves close collaboration with clients, professional teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure the project progresses smoothly and all objectives are achieved
.Job Description:
- Collaborates with client site personnel to agree on quantities, schedules, and other essential details.
- Establishes and maintains production targets while adhering to set costs and budgets.
- Develops the site program regarding allowable sets and ensures the maintenance of work sequences and construction schedules.
- Coordinates and oversees site staff activities, agreeing on quality and safety standards with the team and monitoring their implementation.
- Conducts daily site costing and reviews the allowable program with the foreman to ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Submits precise monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates, and produces the monthly CES.
- Monitors and manages material requisitions within budget constraints and cash flow parameters.

Qualifications:- Diploma or Graduate, or may have progressed through the ranks
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
