Site Agent/ Foreman

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Construction Industry is looking to employ a Site Agent/ Foreman to join their team in Mossel Bay

POSITION INFO:

Job Description: 

• Monitor quality, progress, and assist multiple teams of contractors with day-to-day construction activities on one site.
• Mentoring of smaller contractors.
• Assist with programming, placing orders and claim submissions.
• Payment Certificate calculations.
• On site trades training.
• Weekly progress reporting.

Job Requirements: 

• 5+ Years’ experience
• Experience in running a construction project from start to finish.
• Computer Literate – Have own working computer.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel.
• Good communication skills – Must be very patient and willing to teach.
• Must live close to or in Mossel Bay.
• Own transport.
