POSITION INFO:

We are searching for someone who has at least 30 years’ up market residential building project experience. The ideal person will be someone who has worked for listed building contractors in the past and someone who is looking to take ownership of an exclusive residential project in the Fresnaye area of Cape Town that involves extensive concrete and concrete structural work to the value of R30 million for this private residence.

A Formal qualification in construction is essential and our client is ideally wanting an educated B.Sc Construction Manager who has impeccable business acumen and who is able to liaise with the most upmarket developers and professional teams and most importantly have the ability of working with high end clients.

Our Client has a senior management team who has collectively over 90 years of experience in Construction. Being a young company, our client has put their name on the map with upmarket projects based in the Southern Suburbs and Stellenbosch area
