SUMMARY:
Site Agent urgently required for large building contract in Cape Town. ONLY open for Applicants who are available immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Educational requirements: Must have a building degree or diploma
Experience required: Must have in excess of 12 to 15 years experience gained on multi level building projects

Main duties:

Responsible for completion of Projects from inception to completion
Ensure Contractual compliance is maintained
Ensure Projects meet budget, delivery and quality standards
Liaise with Client, Consultants and Designers
Programming, implementation, monitoring of it
Co-ordination of other Contractors
Chair Site meetings with Client, Contractors and Professionals
Environmental, Health and Safety Control

Summary of who we are currently looking for:
We are looking for a well-groomed Site Agent who will report to a Contracts Director. The role will involve the management of 4 Foreman on 4 different levels of a multi-story building project to the total value of R200 Million. The estimated deliverables per month is already sitting at R20 million per month so you will ideally be familiar in managing tight deadlines along with fine finishing skills and abilities
