Luxury, detail finishingSite Agent required to work on a Hotel Building project in the Kuilsriver area of Cape Town. 8+ years experience gained with Luxury, detail finishing

POSITION INFO:
Degree or Tech Diploma required

Duties:

Managing and arranging sub-contractors
Ordering equipment (Concrete, reinforcement etc.)
Use of management skills to coordinate works on a level according to schedule
Assuring correct decisions are made on site
Progress, Planning and costing meeting hold on site
Update programme on MS Projects
Ensure progress reports and client Contract reports is complete
Request for Information Queries
Client meetings, progress meetings attend and report
Submit all contractual delays
Subcontractors payment claims
Contracts report and status report on the project
Information and drawings is received on time
Arrange inspections for professional team
Subcontractors meetings
