Site Agent required for Hotel Building project

POSITION INFO:
Qualification required:

Must have a Building Degree OR Diploma along with 10 to 15 years experience with preference given to applicants who have Hotel Construction experience
MS Projects essential

Duties:
• Subcontractors payment claims compile
• Contracts report and status report on the project
• Information and drawings is received on time
• Arrange inspections for professional team
• Subcontractors meetings
• Managing and arranging sub-contractors

Our Client is a well known Building Contractor that are looking to expand their current team with an additional Site Agent to work on a new Hotel Building project in the Northern Suburbs area of Cape Town
