You will need to ensure that all labour requests received from our clients are executed on time by means of effective recruitment, following correct admin procedures and conducting proper client services.
You will have experience working for a Human Resources and Labour company, servicing clients within the Construction and Engineering industry, with a good understanding and experience of BCEA and MEIBC of the Labour Relations Act. You will recruit employees, run the daily operations, and general administration of Payslips, Contracts, Spreadsheets, and Timesheets. You will have a valid code 8 driver’s license and reside in Sasolburg.
