SUMMARY:
Site Agent required for 8 story building project in Milnerton, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

MUST have a Building Degree or Diploma

Ideally have 10+ years experience with Commercial Building projects

Duties:

Site establishment
Setting out
Procurement of materials
Requisitions and orders
Appointing Subcontractors
Managing subcontractors
Quality assurance
Weekly meetings with subcontractors
Attending professional meetings
Progress meetings
Updating base program of works
Fortnightly program with Subcontractors
Maintaining a good working relationship with all subcontractors
Working within a budget

Our client is a well known Building Contractor who currently require a Site Agent for a project in the Milnerton area
