Purpose of the Role
To provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and site. The role is pivotal in managing key business functions, including creating professional presentations, assisting with tender pricing, administering contracts, and acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities

Site Administration & Office Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for all site visitors, clients, and calls.
- Manage all office administration, including filing systems, mail, and office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office organization.
Presentation & Proposal Development (PowerPoint Expertise):
- Create, format, and edit high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Work closely with teams to translate concepts into compelling slides.
- Manage the company's presentation library.
Pricing & Contract Administration:
- Assist with quotes, tenders, and proposals.
- Administer the contract lifecycle and ensure compliance.
Personal Assistant Support to MD:
- Provide full PA support to the Managing Director.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage communication flow.
General Support:
- Provide basic HR administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

Matric / Grade 12 certificate is essential.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.

Essential Skills and Competencies

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint.
Pricing & Commercial Acumen.
Contract Administration.
Language Skills: Fluent in English.
Organisational Skills.
Professionalism and Discretion.
