A leading supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware is seeking a Showroom Manager for its upmarket showroom in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Maintain showroom operations.
• Manage showroom staff and maintain employee motivation and performance.

Job Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing (advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
