Furniture / Dècor Showroom Attendant

POSITION INFO:

Our Client in the Furniture/Dècor Industry have a position available for a Showroom Attendant - Fourways (This position is ideally for a student busy studying online)

Minimum requirements:

• Undergraduate, 2nd / 3rd year BCOM, studying online
• Must have a particular interest in home décor / furniture
• Must be willing to work every Saturday
• Must live within 10km radius of the store
• Clear and concise expression
• Problem solving / Attention to detail
• Independent; capable of working unsupervised
• Solid communication & interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, Patient, Organised, Confident
• Perform any and all cleaning duties as assigned
• Arrange & maintain product display
• Sell & promote the company’ products
• Take down and follow up on orders; update customers regularly
• Administrative procedures
• Interact with prospects on social media (Facebook, Whatsapp,...)
• Do research on product trend, competitors offering, prices and marketing
• strategies
• Write-up reports
