Showroom Administrator/ Attendant

POSITION INFO:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client they do have a Factory Showroom for Couches at Fourways Value Mart, in Lonehill – Sandton. Below is the full job description:

• Position: SHOWROOM ATTENDANT
• Salary: R6,500 – R8,500 CTC
• This is a temp role – duration to be discussed during interviews
• Interviews will be face to face
• Start date is as soon as possible
• Place: Company is a Factory Showroom for couches located at Fourways Value Mart Lonehill, Sandton

 

Requirements:

• Young and dynamic undergraduate, 2nd or 3rd year BCOM, studying online, candidate required needs to be studying interior design
• Must have a particular interest in home décor and furniture
• Must be willing to work every Saturdays
• Must live within 10km radius of the store

Duties:

• Perform any and all cleaning duties as assigned
• Arrange & maintain product display
• Sell & promote the company’ products
• Take down and follow up on orders; update customers regularly
• Administrative procedures
• Interact with prospects on social media (facebook, whatsapp,...)
• Do research on product trend, competitors offering, prices and marketing
• strategies
• Write-up reports
