One of the largest financial services is seeking to appoint customer services consultant for their call center.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • ITC and Criminal Clear 
  • Experience as customer service consultant 
  • Minimum 1-2 years solid sales experience within the insurance industry
  • Customer Service experience in Short-term insurance 
  • Regulatory Examination
