SUMMARY:
Well Established Materials Handling Company is looking for a dynamic candidate to join their Pinetown KZN Branch

POSITION INFO:

The purpose of this position is to ensure General Administrative duties for the Branch as a whole are carried out accurately and timeously.

Key Responsibilities:-

Grade 12 / Matric plus min of 2 years exp in similar position
Expert in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience on Kerridge would be advantageous
Telesales and maintenance of records, quotes register and advertising
Full responsiblity to reserve, arrange delivery and collection of and manage overall control of short term fleet units.
Monthly Stock takes
Schedule, plan and allocate drivers trips on a daily basis
Invoicing pertaining to transport
Ensure all documentation for the delivery of a forklift is accurate, complete and properly authorised.
Responsible to manage internal hire and transport clearing accounts
Invoicing and costing on a daily basis
Liaise with debtors regarding accounts for new and existing customers
Facilitate customer complaints and queries
