SUMMARY:
Short Term Insurance Claims Administrator required

POSITION INFO:
Register claims & liaise with Assessors (Commercial and Domestic)
Load Tasks and ensure continuously updated. Client files updates & data administration on CRM System
Manage claims – Follow up & provide feedback to clients. Accurate and timeous communication & relationship building. (Handle claims queries & general enquiries).
Assisting with arranging car hire at claim stage.
Assisting clients with 3rd party claims.
Ensure compliance in the claims process
Review policies at renewal stage
In-house Servicing and amendments
Application of policy terms and conditions
Recoveries & Settlements

Offices are based in Lanseria
You should be able to work remotely from home/office if required. A good home office setup, strong WIFI connectivity and a good power backup supply is a requirement.
