Our client a national distributing company is searching for a NRCS & Shipping Liaison Officer to join their team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply-Chain Management or Logistics Management
• 3-4 years’ experience in shipping and estimation is essential
• Intermediate skills level on Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Communication skills
• Syspro experience is key
• URO 1 Certification experience

Job Description:

• The successful individual will be responsible for effectively maintaining NRCS compliance, administering the planning, controlling, coordinating, and communicating of the shipping function of the company including import control, export control and road freight.
• Match PO’s to invoices and add to file with shipping details.
• Check tariff codes and confirm EUR1 certifications as and when necessary.
• Maintain NRCS LOA’s and applications for all products.
