They specialize in importing & distributing Connectivity Solutions from IT as well as Audio-Visual market. Besides the hardware, they are involved in offering Consulting solutions, from home office to large data centres, SME’s and Corporates.

DUTIES:
Looking at imports / Incoming Orders
Shipping Operations
Shipping Admin
Interact with forwarding and clearing agents to ensure things run smoothly
Complete clearing instructions
Payment requisitions for foreign payments of suppliers
Follow up with documentation
Update internal database with pricing as well as look at sales documents and pricing between supplier and Company
Arrange for goods to be returned for repair / replacements – if required
Open up shipping files / filing and admin thereof
Any other tasks / duties as required
REQUIREMENT:
Grade 12 with Maths / Math Literacy
Computer literate
Previous Shipping experience liaising with freight forwarders and internal stake holders
Experience with shipping lines in the procuring of container prices for shipments to SA
Work independently and in a team
Work under pressure
High level of computer proficiency
Understand shipping terms
Interpret and understand shipper’s invoices as to how charges are calculated
