Shift Syspro Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Our client a leader in the supplier of world standard foods to food services and retail market requires the services of Production Syspro Supervisor in City Deep

POSITION INFO:

The candidate will be required to have following skills

Excellent communication skills, proactive, knowledge seeking character.

Excellent analytical thinking, self-driven, responsible, and accountable.

Excellent record keeping and reporting skills

Excellent stress management and ability to interact with diverse team

The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to

Job Cards

• Transfer stock from Logistics to Production
• Receiving completed Job Cards and verifying before capture on Syspro
• Confirm stock and manage variances
• Ensure that all finalized job cards are captured and sent to the relevant finance department

Stock Control

• Stock takes to ensure that data captured is accurate
• Ensure that stock balances according to what is on floor vs syspro

General Administration duties ensuring that production reports and all other documentation is filled accordingly

Candidate must have minimum of 5 years in same or similar role

Must have advanced Excel skills

Must have be able to work shifts and have reliable transport

Must have SYSPRO experience and be able to retrain or train new clerks on the program and processes
