Position: A suitable position at middle to senior level management to run the Plant
Qualification: A degree in mechanical engineering. (not diploma)
Experience : Between five and 10 years preferably in an agro processing industry out of which at least two years in a supervisory/managerial position.
Key attributes: A professional manager, a good leader, coach, and mentor who believes in building up a solid team and helping others succeed. Willing to receive and give constructive feedback. A good planner and critical thinker. Good communicator and a good listener. Of course, we would expect this candidate to have done well both academically and at work.
Salary: Between R 28,000 and R 50,000 per month based on qualifications/experience. A higher salary will be considered for an exceptional candidate.
