Shift, Setter, Injection, Moulding, Automotive

POSITION INFO:

Position that requires knowledge of Injection Moulding machines, their working and set-up. It requires daily assistance to Moulding Production area to keep them optimized and functional to highest standard or reliability.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Breakdown and corrective maintenance on components
• Optimize and improve part quality and machine cycle times
• Equipment maintenance and assist with fault finding
• Be responsible for following all cooperative safety policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF level 4 Setter certificate
• Minimum 3 years’ setting experience, preferably in automotive sector
• Able to troubleshoot and analyse data to ensure high standard of parts are produced
