SUMMARY:
Join an FMCG team as a Shift Manager in the Western Cape!

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining quality and safety standards, managing budgets, and aligning operations with technical and ethical standards through KPI monitoring. The role emphasises developing a balanced departmental structure, promoting a safe environment, and ensuring responsiveness to changes. Additionally, you’ll build strong internal and external relationships to enhance manufacturing capabilities and support cross-departmental collaborations.

POSITION INFO:
Candidates should have a degree or advanced diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or Business Studies). They need 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior production/operational role, with a strong background in equipment, processes, and product design. Additionally, you should have the ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and communicate across all levels.
