Shift Manager - Processing Plant

SUMMARY:
Experienced Shift Manager at a Processing Plant in North West Province

POSITION INFO:

Remuneration: R300-R350k basic

A national organisation within the food processing industry, is looking for an experienced and qualified Shift Manager for their processing plant in the North West Province.

Essential Criteria

5-10 years processing management experience

Must be qualified as:

a) A poultry meat inspector (PMI)

and

b) A Poultry meat examiner (PME)

Plus have completed a management qualification such as MDP/FMP as an advantage for such a role.

Computer literate with MS Word and MS Excel and compiling of reports.

Competency in maintaining HACCP documentation and applying HACCP and ISO2200 principles.

The position will be fully responsible and accountable for the total management and control of the processing department.
