We’re looking for a Shared Services Controller to join a dynamic team in Cape Town and take ownership of Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable operations. This is your chance to combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise, driving process efficiency, automation, and compliance across the business.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Lead and inspire a talented Shared Services team
Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financial controls
Champion automation and system optimization projects
Develop and implement standardized SOPs for AR, AP, and Treasury
Collaborate across departments to enhance working capital and streamline processes
Drive change management and digital transformation initiatives

Skills & Experience:
Solid experience managing Accounts Receivable and Payable functions
Proven track record in process improvement and automation
Strong leadership and project management skills
Hands-on experience with Accpac (Sage 300) and MS Office
Knowledge of service or cleaning industry is a plus

Qualification:
Degree in Accounting or similar (advantageous)
