SUMMARY:
We offer clearing and settlement of offshore trades executed by our clients. This is achieved by using the services offered by our Global Custody Agent.
POSITION INFO:
Receive Instructions from client via e-mail
Determine if the information is sufficient to proceed
Check for sufficient cash on the applicable cash account to cover purchase trades / FX transactions/ payment requests
Capture the instructions into the JP Morgan system
Send trade status reports to clients
Send cash reports to clients
Ensure all trades settles on time
Alert clients of any discrepancies on the trades
Liaise with JP Morgan to resolve any trade discrepancies
Send all Corporate event notifications to clients
Ensure receipt of election instructions from clients
Resolve all client queries on time
Receive new account opening requests from clients
Send account opening request to JP Morgan
Follow up to ensure JP Morgan opens new account on time
Send new account details to clients via e-mail
Receive monthly invoices from JP Morgan
Send JP Morgan invoices to the clients
Send Custody month end invoices to clients
Receive FX instructions from clients
Send FX instructions to JP Morgan for execution
Receive payment instructions from clients
Input payment instructions into the JP Morgan System
Ensure payments settle on time
