SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator.

POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM of Bachelors'' in Business Management or a Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering

At least 4 - 5 years experience in a similar role

Customers Service in a technology-driven industry a must

Exposure to shipbuilding (new Built, retrofit), oil and gas (rigs, refineries), or navy-related industries preferred but not a must.

Key Deliverables:

Achieve the highest levels of quality, performance and Customer satisfaction while co-ordinating sales & service jobs.

Support individual field sales team members by effictive communication

Identify best practices across the Sales & Service Team

Achieve, prepare and follow up on Sales & Service quotes

Maintain customer database, adhere to policies & procedures
