Key Responsibilities

Build, enhance and support ServiceNow applications across various modules
Assist with incident resolution, request fulfilment and ongoing service maintenance
Configure and maintain data structures, catalog items and knowledge content
Support platform environments including test, production and development
Perform system integrations and apply object oriented programming principles
Monitor performance, ensure platform stability and resolve technical issues

Job Experience and Skills Required

Strong background in Computer Science or Software Development
Relevant hands on experience will also be considered
Two years or more working with the ServiceNow platform
Exposure to service management functions such as incident, change and request processes
Experience with discovery and configuration management features
Background in back end development and object oriented programming
Familiarity with system integrations and platform support activities
Advantageous: relevant ServiceNow certifications or experience with IT service practices
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
Good communication and teamwork capabilities
Ability to work through complex issues with attention to detail
