SUMMARY:
Seeking qualified and experienced (mining) Service Technicians (x2) with Trade for permanent positions in Westonaria, GT.

This position will be workshop based.

Would suit candidates with experience on drilling machinery and construction tools in surface and underground mining.

**South African Citizens and those living in the area will be preferred**

POSITION INFO:
Main Responsibilities:

To troubleshoot system problems and the repair of such work
To perform duties on workshop floor of site and underground
To participate and assure a high standard of work Rectify all electrical and mechanical breakdowns
Ensure legal compliance on all machines
Quality work always
After hours and standby duties
Be part of the safety programme and good housekeeping To be part of the workshop team
Time keeping as per company rules and regulations In case of any off-site work company to provide transport
Expected to assist in other areas/divisions in the company when needed

Educational Qualification:

Grade 12/NTC 3 with trade qualification

Skills and Capabilities:

Technical background
Trade qualified artisan
Valid driver's licence
Good product knowledge
Interpersonal skills to work as part of the Workshop team
