SUMMARY:

Our client, a leader in the production of measuring instruments and systems, is looking to hire a Service Technician in their Service Department on a 3 to 6 month temporary contract. This is a temporary position which could possibly lead to permanent employment.

POSITION INFO:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Onsite installations (Temperature & Humidity Monitoring systems)
~ Drilling
~ Cable trunking
~ Mounting sensors, loggers, brackets
~ Working at heights
~ Customer training & support
Onsite calibration (Temperature & Humidity)
~ Support for calibration lab
Testing and repairing of the company’s equipment
~ Gas analyzers
~ Thermometers, loggers, pH meters
~ Air flow meters

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support calls
· Repairs & service of equipment
· Onsite support services
· Instrument testing

QUALIFICATIONS
· Suitable tertiary qualification or related experience
