SUMMARY:
Service Technician required In Johannesburg South to perform servicing, maintenance, installation and commissioning of Medical Equipment. Main responsibilities is the maintenance and Service support of client's equipment on site. Travelling to sites and support from the office

POSITION INFO:

Position: Service Technician

Location: Johannesburg

Service Technician required to do servicing, maintenance, installation and commissioning activities on the company’s systems

Responsible for providing a customer support system by attending to all scheduled and non-scheduled service activities, complaints and queries concerning the use or malfunction of any of the company’s Medical Products and systems

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent required
• Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree or a related/ applicable technical qualification

Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a related field
• Knowledge in Maintenance and Service support environment
• Strong understanding of product support in a medical environment is beneficial Technical skills (electronic, mechanical and instrumentation)

The Incumbent is required to have a driver’s license, reliable vehicle and cell phone.
