Service Technician/Field Technician/ Instrumentation & Control Technician

POSITION INFO:

Qualification & Requirements:

Trade Certificate (Millwright/Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics)
Drivers license
Project Management will be advantageous
Willing to travel locally & abroad
Excellent communication skills
Healthy & Fit
SA Citizen

Responsibilities:

Hands-on servicing and commissioning of boilers, i.e. Heavy and Light Fuel Oil, Gas, Coal, and Electrically powered boilers, supervising panel building and testing.
A minimum of five years electrical experience in an after-sales-service environment also covering the following fields: Mechanical fitting, Electronics, PLC controls, Maintenance, fault finding, and Instrumentation
Drawing up of wiring diagrams for PLC’s
Boiler servicing and commissioning will be advantageous sales and Marketing will be advantageous
Computer literacy-MS Office, Email’s and internet
Panel Building, design and layout of electrical panels
Read & interpret technical drawings
