R450 000 – R550 000 CTC per annum (Neg. dependent on experience)

Overview
Experienced and hands on Service Manager required for a well-known automotive brand.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12
Business or technical related qualification would be advantageous
5 or more years’ experience as a Automotive Service Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop strategic work plans
Conduct Marketing and Research activities
Manage and develop human capital/ resources
Manage and improve Customer Service levels
Manage and monitor all administration processes pertaining to the workshop/ service department
Manage Financial Performance
Manage service operations
Manage relevant information and enable a knowledge sharing environment
Management of quality standards and ensure adherence to legal requirements
