SUMMARY:
Service Manager - Insurance

POSITION INFO:

Jop Purpose: Oversee the entire operations function within the service department.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric

Tertiary qualification in Management.

RE5

Minimum of 5 years experience in the Short-Term Insurance industry.

Minimum of 3 years managerial or similar leadership experience.

Knowledge and understanding of insurance principles, regulatory and legal requirements.

Strong computer skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be self-driven, dedicated and deadline orientated.

Multilingual.
