An up-and-coming vehicle dealership based in George; Western Cape is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor. The Service Manager will be responsible for leading the service department team while handling customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The perfect candidate will need to ensure excellent customer service, maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors, as well as ensure repeat customers

Requirements:

• Matric Certification
• Valid Drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• At least 3 years experience in the same role with an excellent track record
• Experience in business, administration, or related field.
• Previous sales and management experience will be advantageous.
• Strong industry knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
