SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support the development of and implementation of a service line programme in line with a recognised framework e.g. Lean/Six sigma, performance benchmarking, etc
To contribute to the planning and assurance of large and small scale programmes of quality improvement which support outcome ambitions for clients
Support and or lead on the development and submission of business cases and competitive tenders at all levels that both progress and influence organisational priorities from across the organisation
Act as a “critical friend” to challenge existing service plans and practice (in terms of quality, efficiency and effectiveness) and promote positive change.
Contribute to the planning and management of projects, identifying interdependencies across projects/functions, potential impacts on wider organisation, resource requirements and using judgement to build in contingency, manage risks and propose adjustments as necessary.
Support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including analysis of complex information, communications and stakeholder engagement
Pro-actively engage stakeholders, respond to and participate in resolving conflicts between different stakeholders when this arises through facilitation or other appropriate mechanisms
