SUMMARY:
Service Expert Cadette - Pretoria - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

As a Service Expert Cadette, you will ensure excellent customer service is provided, and excellent communication between customers, parts and service departments in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Motor industry experience
Must have a Technical Qualification
Grade 12
MS Office
Valid Drivers Licence

Duties (but not limited to):

Ensure all is prepared for the arrival of the customer
Ensure customer is taken care of immediately upon arrival
Ensure Warranty and Motor plan information is accurate on the system
Update systems when needed, track all vehicles and update control systems
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Liaise with customers and communicate effectively
Vehicle handovers
Ensure customer follow ups are done
Attend all service meetings
Ensure workshop is presentable and tidy
