Qualifications & Requirements

• Trade Tested, Millwright, Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics)
• Project Management & Sales Experience, highly advantageous
• Willing to travel & work long hours
• Well presented & communication skills: English & Afrikaans
• Project Management

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, Commissioning and Servicing
• Boiler control instrumentation, burner equipment upgrades and modification.
• Drawing up of wiring diagrams for PLC’s
• Boiler servicing and commissioning will be advantageous
• Panel Building, design and layout of electrical panels
• PLC programing, fault-finding and software updates.
• VSD programming, fault-finding and repairs.
• Instrumentation (PID controls, sensors, conveyor belts and process control instruments).
• PLC based combustion controller’s installation and combustion setup on burners (oil, gas, diesel, paraffin and coal).
• Systems Hand-over to clients and compile handover documentation.
• Quotations on new upgrade jobs and job execution on client order.
