POSITION INFO:

The purpose of the job is to identify client’s needs and oversees the delivery of the services within the context of the business. The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the Print / IT industry and must have a strong understanding of SLAs and strong client service experience.

Essential requirements:

• Grade 12 (Minimum Requirement)
• Valid Drivers Licence (Minimum Requirement)
• Previous management experience
• Experience in the print (Office Automation) or Information technology Industry will be preferable
• Understanding of the business operating tools
• Proficiency in building reports and analysing tools
• Previous technical experience
• In-Depth understanding of office automation industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Customer service skills and solution orientation
• Soft skills to address daily client related problems
• Diligent and efficiency in communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Working with other teams and sales staff
• Business acumen and ability to work with remote sites
• Systematic problem solving
• Very strong Attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking after a variety of service base clients
• Monthly reporting
• Profitability checks
• Major client visits
• Assisting with service queries and resolving client complaints
• Managing service technicians
• Creating Training schedules
• Facilitation of recruitment process in conjunction with the HR Department
• Leave planning for the team
• Open call management
• Problem device management
• Sourcing of spares and maintaining of stock levels
• Spares approvals
• Extensive Travelling is an essential part of this role
• Ensuring occupational health and safety requirements and standards are met
