SUMMARY:
Leading fleet and logistics company based in JHB specializing full truck load transportation of bulk cargo across sub- Saharan Africa is looking a Service Consultant to maintain client services and sales volumes by handling client requires, enquiries and facilitating solutions to customer queries.

POSITION INFO:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Matric
Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain/ Warehousing will be beneficial
3- 5 years’ experience in sales experience
3-5 years’ experience in customer service
Pentagon system is not negotiable

Job description

Prepare monthly visitation reports
Building client relationship at all levels
Identify client sales volume declines and implement corrective actions and measures
Negotiate prices and price increases
Ensure continuous improvement on marketing strategies and achieving sales targets
Responsible for Market intelligence information in terms of freight services opportunities
Quality assurance n and sales administration
Identifying and capitalizing on services and sales extension opportunities
