SUMMARY:
Service Advisor - Northwest - Rustenburg

POSITION INFO:
A well established Dealership in Rustenburg is looking for a experienced Dealership Service Advisor to join their service department team.

Requirements:

• Matric 
• Drivers license
• Dealership Service Advisor experience (not negotiable)
• Handle high volume bookings

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motorplan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI

R15k Basic Salary (Negotiable depending on experience). A lucrative incentive structure and company benefits is offered.
