JOB DESCRIPTION:

This well-established and busy aftermarket workshop is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Service Advisor for their team. You will be the liaison between the client and the workshop, ensuring a smooth efficient customer experience. You will be responsible for taking calls and bookings, quotes, job cards, problem-solving and all administration pertaining to the role. Our client services passenger cars, yellow metal and commercial vehicles and they require at least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in a motor dealership or reputable aftermarket workshop. You will need to be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) and have excellent customer service skills.

Job Requirements
At least 1 year of RECENT Service Advisor experience in a motor dealership or reputable aftermarket workshop
Computer literate on a bookings and service system
Excellent customer service skills
Contactable references

You will need the following documents

A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving.
A recent photograph of yourself
Copy of Driver’s License
Last 3 month's payslips and/or Commission sheets
Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References
