Service Advisor - Johannesburg South - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well established automotive dealership is looking for a experienced Service Advisor to join their service department.

The successful candidate must have strong Dealership Service Advisor skills and be able to manage their day effectively and proficiently.
                                                                                                      Requirements: 
  • Matric Certificate                                                 
  • Drivers license                                                  
  • Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor 
  • Evolve / Kerridge / Automate / Autoline experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric
  • Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
  • Master service advisor qualification will be an advantage but not a requirement

Responsibilities: 
  • Meet and greet customers                                                  
  • Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
  • Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
  • Update necessary vehicle details
  • Prepare quotations                                                  
  • Ensure accurate invoice payments
  • Full vehicle handover process                                   
  • Customer follow ups                                                  
  • Maintain a high CSI
