Service Advisor - Nelspruit - Mpumalanga.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in Nelspruit, is looking for an experienced Dealership Service Advisor to join their service department.

The successful candidate must have strong Dealership Service Advisor skills and be able to manage their day effectively and proficiently.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Drivers license
Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
Evolve, BSI or Automate experience
Ability to work under pressure
Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric
Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
Master service advisor qualification will be an advantage but not a requirement

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI
