Dealership Service Advisor - Jhb South - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client based in Jhb South - Gauteng, is looking for a experienced Dealership Service Advisor join their service department team.
Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Drivers license
Own transport
Minimum 2 years experience as a Motor Dealership Service Advisor is required.
Must live in and around the Jhb South area

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motorplan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI

Remuneration:
R14k - R16k Basic Salary (Negotiable) + Incentives monthly + MA + Pension
